Privacy
01Who
This site belongs to Pol Planas, freelance web designer in Catalonia. You can reach me at pol@polplanas.com.
02What I collect
Nothing. The site has no forms, no accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics. If you email me, I only have what you put in it.
03Why
If you write to me, I use your message only to reply and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent when you write.
04How long
As long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no more than twelve months unless we start a project together.
05In your browser
The site keeps the language you choose in your browser and, if you change them, the sound and volume. It never leaves your device and you can clear it whenever you like.
06The window
When you write or draw on the glass, the shape of your strokes (only the lines, never anything about you) is sent to Google’s handwriting recognition to read it. The voice that answers is an open model that runs inside your own browser: what you write to it never leaves your device. Its files are downloaded once from Hugging Face. To answer in your language, the text may pass through Chrome’s own translator or Google Translate. The window’s sky is requested from Open-Meteo for an approximate city, guessed from your time zone, never from your location.
07Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and the type comes from Google Fonts; like any server, they receive your IP address to serve the files. No one else.
08Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to pol@polplanas.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
